We only collect information that we actually need. That usually means:

• Contact details you give us when you email, call, or message us on social media, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
• Order or payment details when you buy in the cafe or through a delivery partner. We do not store your card number. Payments are processed by our card terminal provider or the delivery platform.
• Basic device information from your visit to this website, such as browser type, general location, and the pages you view.

We don't collect sensitive information (like health data) and we don't ask for anything we don't need.

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry or fulfil an order.
• Keep the cafe and this website running well.
